The Link to "D.O.A" from the Alphabet Listing "D" Locks up IE with the only choice to CTRL-ALT-DEL and close IE

I had already tried FireFox and finally got it. But the IE link Still locks up. The Page loads but when you try to right-click the downhload (I am trying MPEG4 256) it locks up IE.
